Japanese Cooking

Learn how to cook simple Japanese food and to prepare Bento (lunch box).  Each student will make one lunch box or similar Japanese inspired dish or dessert in each class.  Students can choose to be instructed in English or Japanese.  SIP students are welcome too!  We try not to use nuts for ingredients, however, we can’t accommodate severe allergies. Ingredients may include fish, eggs, wheat, soy and dairy.
